If your logo is very long, we may only be able to fit a single line of text under it. Round or square logos/photos work best.
We cannot change the background color of logos or edit photos.
Text color will be black, background white and font will be as shown unless you request otherwise
If you want a different color of text or background, request it in your message to seller when checking out
You may request a different font, but check with us to make sure we have
the font you want BEFORE ordering. Fonts should be clear and bold.
You may also request it be printed with NO text, and use a wet erase marker to add and change names on the outside or inside of the name tag. Works on light backgrounds only. (see photo – design will still be printed with photo/logo as shown, just without a name/title) -perfect for companies with a high turnover

personalization info in your message to seller when checking out for best results.
Ebay will NOT ask you for your personalization.
On a computer
you must click on the tiny link that says “MESSAGE TO SELLER” on the Confirm Order page (before you confirm and pay), when checking out and be sure to click on “ADD” when done so it will be saved.
On Mobile Apps
, on the checkout page, scroll to the bottom for the “MESSAGE TO SELLER” Link, click on it, add your personalization and click on “DONE”,
BEFORE
you hit “PLACE ORDER”.
YOU ARE NOT DONE!
You must now send a
separate ebay message IMMEDIATELY
after purchase with your photo or logo attached in .jpg, .gif or .png format. If personalization and photo/logo are not received in 24 hours, we will send  your item BLANK. Ebay requires quick shipping, delayed shipments count against us. Please be sure you have included a valid email address that is checked daily in case we have any questions. If we have questions we will reply to your paypal payment email address.
Be sure to list your text choices as Line1:xxx Line2:xxx Line3:xxx otherwise your text will all run together in the message and arrangement will be at our discretion.

Ebay/paypal may cut off LONG messages to seller, so send long lists of info for multiple purchases by ebay messages. What you send is what you will get. More text = smaller font! If you send by mobile app, please use care, as misspellings are common from mobile app users. Printed colors may vary slightly from screen colors. No trademarked brand names or logos allowed without a written release. If you want to send as a gift, you must add the gift recipient’s name and address to your paypal account BEFORE purchase and choose it when checking out.
